Unsere Geschichte

Our Story

Løjt Feriehuse was founded in 2013 with a simple idea: renting a holiday home should feel safe and personal – like borrowing a house from a friend. We started small, but have kept the close contact, quick phone support, and local network that make your holiday run smoothly.

Behind the company is Glenn Johansen, born and raised in Løjt. He knows the area inside out and can offer honest advice and quick help – before, during, and after your stay.

Glenn has welcomed over 1,500 guests with an average rating of 4.9/5. With us, you get transparent prices with no hidden fees, thorough cleaning, and regular quality checks. If anything is missing, Glenn picks up the phone – and stops by.

We support our guests all the way – from the first question to the last day. As a local company, we know both the houses and the area, and we’re always close by if you need us.

About the area by the holiday houses

Löjt Land sits between the Genner Bay and the Little Belt: gentle hills, small coastal towns, forests, and family-friendly beaches. From the Danish-German border at Flensburg it’s only about 40 minutestoll-free and easy to reach.

Here you holiday with peace and views: many homes are close to the beach, several with true panorama sea views. Within the area you’ll find short walks to a shared pool (seasonal), a poolside restaurant, mini-golf, beach volleyball, a bouncy pillow, playground, and a football pitch. In the morning, grab fresh bread rolls from the kiosk — perfect for relaxed days.

South Jutland is made for quiet nature experiences: coastal paths, picnics by the water, small harbours, and forests with viewpoints. Coastal fishing is possible year-round, with varied spots around the Little Belt. Golfers have Aabenraa Golf Club right next door — with Baltic Sea air on every swing. Dogs are welcome in selected homes on request; nature trails start right in the area.

For excursions, Aabenraa (harbour, cafés, shopping) is close by, along with small beaches and sheltered bays. Whether for a weekend break or a longer stay, the mix of short travel, Baltic Sea breeze, and family-friendly amenities makes Løjt Land an easygoing destination — close, natural, and personal.
